Our plans are transformed to architectural drawings and reviewed with you again. At this stage, we ensure every detail of your dream home is accounted for. We'll also begin pre-selections at this time to ensure a seamless selection process.

Once everything is planned then this is the phase where your dream home comes to life! In this phase, we will keep you updated on important milestones happening at your home. We will share all timeline updates of your home in construction. This is often the phase where clients feel Reliance Construction moves from "just the builder" to a true partner.
